Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Registrar, This position is responsible for the overall organization and operation of the evaluation and graduation teams within the Office of Student Records. Act as liaison with academic partners to ensure the accuracy of program requirements. Manage the maintenance of the encoding of transfer articulation, degree and certificate requirements and degree exceptions. Management of all student records, supporting documents, staff resources within the purview of Student Records. Responsible for the accuracy, accessibility, maintenance, security and disbursement of all such records, active, inactive and archival.
Qualifications:
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration, Student personnel or related subject preferred.
- Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a management position and proven leadership ability required; ability to work with details as well as understand the effects on the larger picture required; established customer service orientation; good organizational and planning skills required; intermediate computer skills and knowledge of software systems required; positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change required.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English required.
- 4-5 years of records or records-related experience in addition to the required experience noted above preferred.

Hiring Range:
12 Salary/Starting salary beginning at $75,131 based on experience
