Job Summary
The Leeds School of Business encourages applications for a Human Resources Administrator! This position provides professional support for the Leeds HR team. This role will work closely with the Senior HR Director to determine priorities and ongoing administrative personnel tasks. Serving as the main liaison for our student employees, this role ensures their onboarding, support, and employment needs are met. This role is essential to supporting employees at Leeds and contributes towards the creation of a positive employee experience.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
- Manage new starter appointments for student and staff employees. Coordinate the offboarding of staff and student employees, including termination of the appointment and securing an exit interview.
- HR Liaison for all student employees (minimum of 400 appointments) to provide first class customer service and build a great employee experience.
- Provide mentorship and support on hiring, payroll, leave management and separations for student employees.
- Provide monthly staff recognition information (anniversaries/new hires/promotions). Provide support to the HR department with ad hoc assistance such as reporting, analysis etc.
- Liaise with Campus HR Service Center.
- Provide support to the Faculty Personnel Manager for faculty evaluation and personnel processes.
- Track peer instructing reviews for instructors and professors throughout the year. Provide additional support required by the Faculty Personnel Manager with the various faculty personnel cases that occur and for the faculty support services unit.
- Filing and scanning support for HR department.
- Support Faculty with recruitment coordination and dispositioning.
- Liaise with CU Recruitment and ISSS departments.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Leeds HR team.
What You Should Know
- This is a temporary, full-time position anticipated to start the beginning of April and last through the end of August 2025.
- This position will work in a hybrid work modality, and will need to be in the office 3 days per week, from approximately 8am - 5pm.
What We Can Offer
The hiring range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 per hour.
Benefits
Temporary positions at the University of Colorado are not benefits-eligible, however, all positions are eligible for paid sick leave.

What We Require
- Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience.
- 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
