- Manage the front desk and reception area of a high traffic, student- oriented advising office.
- Provide administrative support and respond to walk-in, phone, and email inquiries, referring to the appropriate staff member as necessary.
- Process academic forms and other paperwork for undergraduate students and supervise student employees.
Required Skills
Associate's degree or equivalent, B.A./B.S. preferred.
A high degree of professionalism, strong customer service and communication skills.
One to three years of experience.
