Athletic Administration
Job Summary
Provide administrative direction and oversight for all intercollegiate athletics staff, programs facilities, and activities. Administer oversight of daily operations of the Athletic Department. Provide leadership and oversight to External Operations, Facilities, Game Management, and Ticket Operations units. Serve as football sport administrator. Assist with sustaining a culture of sportsmanship, professionalism and respect at all levels, as well as maintain an athletic program that stresses student-athlete concept. Encourage collaboration with other University Divisions and Departments on recruitment and retention of student-athletes.
Responsibilities
- Administer oversight of daily operations of the Athletic Department
- Lead Sports Administrator Working Group for the Athletic Department
- Provide leadership and oversight to External Operations, Facilities, Game Management, and Ticket Operations units
- Administer oversight to the Athletic Department's multimedia rights agreement with Learfield Sports Properties
- Responsible for football scheduling planning and facilitation
- Assist Director of Athletics and the Athletic Foundation with fundraising efforts (both donor cultivation and stewardship)
- Liaison to University Human Resources, Legal Affairs, Campus Facilities and the Emergency Management Committee
- Liaison with Adidas, University Licensing, Campus Bookstore, and other external vendors/partners
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree

- Seven (7) or more years of related work experience

Proposed Salary
$160,103
This is an exempt position paid on a monthly basis.
