Program Coordinator- 4-H Learn Everywhere
Location: Off Campus Location - Remote. Will travel as needed to Central/Eastern Districts.

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for providing day-to-day operations support to team members throughout the planning, implementation and delivery of programs, and may serve as first point of contact for the unit.Duties may include:
- Serving as primary contact with program participants, customer service and office support functions
- Facilitating communicating between program participants and managerial staff
- Coordinating arrangements for the program such as meetings, conferences and banquets
- Collecting, compiling and summarizing program data and managing records
- Maintaining program calendars and schedules
- May utilize University programs to create, review and approval financial documents and to provide routine financial reports to the program administrator
- Other duties as assigned
This position is remote and located at an off-campus location. The individual must have the ability to travel to different counties within the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences Central and Eastern Districts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Three years performing administrative, office and/or program support functions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education and/or experience in K-12 education, instructional design, or a similar field
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Composing, proofing and editing a variety of documents, using proper grammar and punctuation as demonstrated in application materials
- Using computer software and applications for word processing, developing spreadsheets, email and internet research
- Experience:
- Providing customer service
- Using centralized computer systems (such as financial) while completing administrative tasks
- Managing calendars and/or scheduling
- Experience interpreting, applying and explaining complex information such as regulations, policies or services
- Independently solving problems and performing liaison activities in a work setting and coordinating activities requiring complex arrangements
- Excellent verbal/written communication and relationship building skills

- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Ability to sit, stand, reach, bend, and lift items up to 40 lbs.
