Essential Functions:
The Lecturer (Lab Coordinator) will facilitate student learning and performance assessment in on-site labs. Student learning activities range from practicing basic nursing skills to resolving simple-to-complex patient care situations via both low-fidelity and high-fidelity simulation.

Minimum Education/Experience:
The Lecturer position requires a Master of Science in Nursing.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Commitment to diversity and inclusion in fulfillment of the universitys mission; excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; excellent analytical skills and reasoned judgment; ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others; candidate must have at least three years of clinical experience.
